Glonghui April 26 丨 China Parenting Network (01736.HK) Announcementbestblockchaingames2021On April 26, 2024, the Company entered into a placing agreement with the placing agent, pursuant to which and subject to its terms and conditions, the Company agreed to appoint the placing agent, and the placing agent agreed to act as the Company's agent to procure the placees to purchase up to 57 per cent of the placing price on a best effort basis in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the placing agreementbestblockchaingames2021, 610,390 placing shares.

The number of placing shares is equivalent to approximately 16.7% of the total number of shares issued as enlarged after the completion of the placing (assuming that there will be no change in the total number of shares issued except for the issuance of placing shares by the company during the period from the announcement date to the completion of the placing).
